The terms and conditions are a type of international agreement that is happening between the user and The Global Printing. If you are visiting our website, then you need to abide by these terms and conditions, which are mentioned below. The Global Printing has the unanimous right to change, alter, dismiss, or disqualify any term here at any time without prior notice. The wholesale and purchase models will be followed in light of these terms and conditions.

Copyright

The Global Printing Company has a firm copyright policy. We do not allow any other person, organization, or entity to use our name, logo, or company graphical illustration for their personal use without our permission. Anything that is uploaded or displayed on our website only belongs to us, and no one has the right to use it or even alter it for their personal or commercial use. If violations are found, strong legal action will be taken.

Return and refund policy

We have a very alluring user-friendly return policy, as you can return your order only if you find any mishaps in printing, quality, or size issues within the 48-hour time deadline. You are bound to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the issue in our service; otherwise, the company will mark the order as delivered.

We also provide you with another policy of refunds that is based on some serious or severe incompatibility with your demands. One of our team members at senior post will examine your claims and provide his findings and final verdict to the higher authorities. The authorities will decide whether a refund will be granted or not, and you are not authorized to take this decision in any of the legal institutions of the state.

Order acceptance/cancellation policy

You need to pay a particular portion of the agreed amount in advance with the surety of all taxes, and charges are paid. You can choose the most trusted and secure means to pay the dues.

The Global Printing Company reserves the right to cancel, halt, or totally reject the order if the user is not able to fulfil the agreement terms and conditions and delay the payment. You can only ask for the change until the requirements reach production, but after that, we don’t entertain any of the modifications or customizations. Also, you are bound to pay the service fee, tax, or any charge that is imposed by the author or government.

Price and services

The company can alter the cost of any of their products at any time and at any level. Also, we can halt all of our services due to any issue without prior notice.

Warranty/Guarantee

The Global Printing does not believe in a warranty for its products, but we are providing some alluring policy of refund, which you can read above in the paragraph.

Late delivery

The Global Printing is responsible enough to deliver your products at your deadline, but we are not responsible for the delay or late delivery by other or third-party courier services.

Accord

These terms and conditions act as an agreement between the customers and The Global Printing. Both parties are bound to fulfil the whole requirement and respect each other at an equal level. The customer does not have a right to challenge any of the rules and regulations of the company in any institution of the state.

Order Cancellation

The Global Printing will cancel your order prior to printing or shipping. However, if your ordered item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders may be cancelled during the various production stages, but cancellation charges will apply. Our customer service team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

1) Orders are placed online.
2) Orders are reworked in our design department.
3) Orders are sent to the press.
4) Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.

All orders are cancellable before stage 2. If an order is cancelled in stage 1, you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and our design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters Stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3 and the user wants to have it cancelled, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.

Design Orders

Once an order has been placed successfully, no refunds are issued for any design service orders.

Returns And Refunds

As all orders are unique, all sales are final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order. There are no refunds or credits.

RE-PRINTS

The customer must notify The Global Printing within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. The Global Printing.com will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 3 business days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. Without prior written authorization from GlobalCustomPackaging.comTM, no returns will be accepted.

All charges related to expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are not refundable, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
